Clarence Estes, Agency Business Manager

Prior to joining the agency in January 2012, Clarence was a senior executive for Clear Channel Radio, an account manager for the Houston Astros, and most recently a business manager for the new professional minor league baseball team in Sugar Land, The Sugar Land Skeeters. Clarence's comprehensive understanding of account management and marketing (general media and sports) will greatly benefit You Squared Media's sales network and clientele.

Before joining You Squared Media, Clarence was appointed Assistant Director of Sponsorship Sales for the Houston Astros. There he was responsible for brand development, sponsorship and advertising revenues through radio, television commercial spots, publications, promotions, in-stadium video board elements, player endorsements, and several other assets.

Prior to the Houston Astros, Clarence worked for Clear Channel Radio. There he assisted in the start up of what was then ESPN 790 am, now known as SportsTalk 790. There he was a Senior Account Executive; managing a variety of key accounts for the station. In addition he also managed a majority of his clientele on Clear Channel’s sister station, megawatt AM station KTRH 740 am. His responsibilities included business management and growth for local and national advertisers through radio advertising and sponsorships within the Houston market.

Clarence is a graduate from the University of Houston, proud husband of 8 years, and father of one beautiful little girl.
